stink-o-la

Women who choose to apply perfume or excessive amounts of hairspray in the restroom should seriously reconsider their choice of using a potently odorous product in a small, unventilated, already stinky shared space.

It’s just work people; not a night out on the town.

I know, I know. I'm being no fun again. Ba-humbug.

i TOTALLY agree!!! it doesn't help that you have that sensitive pregnant nose... but it's still TOO much!

Who uses hairspray these days anyway?!? What in style hairstyle lends itself to hairspray?!?! Ah, but then again - you're in PA... I'll bet ya'll are a few years behind the trends. Case-in-point, Kate Gosslin. Haha!

i was thinking the same thing... do they even sell hairspray in stores anymore? i'm so on board with the perfume though. i think it should be banned on airplanes and church!

Yes, hairspray is still out there!! I am guilty-but then I am old and it does help tame my fly-aways. I am on board with the smelly stuff. I little is enough-I like the word subtle.

I totally still use hairspray, everyday...and I am young, so some (bombshells) people still use it. I don't use it at work though. That would be weird/tacky. Why would I bring one more thing with me? Dipers and wipes for two, check; food (for me and the kids), check; toys, check; music for the dance class, check; text books, check; yoga mat check; water, check; change of clothes, check; movies for the kids, check; blankets, check; carseat, check; wallet, check...too much stuff...It might be funny if I were teaching a dance/yoga/pedagogy class and whipped out the can and started spraying my hair. Maybe I should try it:) I don't like weird smells. I like some perfume, but only if it is REALLY understated (and I don't have a very good sense of smell, so it needs to be really understated). I think when you are pregnant you create a force field of about 5 feet all around you to protect your body and your baby because you are hypersensative (meaning nauseated and uncomfortable) to that which would just be annoying otherwise...good luck. Maybe you should write an official looking note and post it in the bathroom and just act like it was someone else who put it up? :)
