What's in a name?

Despite what Juliet thinks, I’d venture that most people feel great when others know their name. The other day at work I was minding my own business (wich can be hard to do with commotion like crazy and people always coming and going) keeping to my trusty computer. When out of no where I hear someone say: “Hey Julie, how’s it going?” Sac-le-blur!?!! What is this? Someone not only has acknowledged my existence but also proven intelligent and human with his hello. Yea. What a good day. If people just bothered to learn a few names here and there—and remembered and used them—then I think we could really have something.

I love that you get so excited someone remembered your name. I can remember that though at a few of my jobs!
